PRE-OPERATIVE INSTRUCTIONS:

There are specific guidelines to follow before your planned surgery. Firstly, Dr. Namdar's assistant will instruct you about the date chosen. If the appointment was made while you were in the office, a set of instructions was already given to you. Alternatively, these will be mailed to you. Additionally, you can find the forms below.

Kindly follow the instructions carefully. Please also be careful to obtain all necessary laboratory testings and medical clearance prior to your surgery.

POST-OPERATIVE INSTRUCTIONS:

Postoperative instructions are provided for some of the more common procedures performed by Dr. Namdar. Kindly download and print those concerning your procedure. If you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Namdar's office for additional guidance.
